RETURNS POLICY

 

At Fay & Solas we are dedicated to making well-made distinctive garments and with that, we aim to provide the best possible service to all our customers.  If you are unsatisfied with your order you can return your purchases to us in their original condition, for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of purchase.

All of our garments are thoroughly checked before dispatch, However, as an extra precaution we advise that customers check the items on receipt before removing and disposing of the packaging. If in the unlikely event you find a fault or you have received the wrong item, do not hesitate to return it to us. 

All items must be returned in their original condition. Once we have received the returned items, complete with all their original packaging, we will refund the original credit or debit card used for the purchase.  Please note it can take up to 10 days to process refunds.  For customers outside Mainland UK the value of refund will exclude shipping costs*.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. It is also advisable to keep a receipt of postage for your records. The items are your responsibility until they reach our returns department. Considerations should be taken as returning goods may take up to 7 working days to arrive with us, unless sent via special delivery, so please ensure you allow enough time for any return.

If a refund is due to you we will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We inspect all returned items and items returned with visible stains or marks, or a scent to them such as drinks, perfume, deodorant or cigarettes, will not be refunded.

We try to process the refund procedure as quick as possible once we have received the returned goods, but please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This will also depend on your bank or credit card issuer.

Fay & Solas will not accept return items purchased anywhere other than www.fayandsolas.com. To make a return use the following instructions:

1. Send an email to customercare@fayandsolas.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.

2. Complete the returns form that will be sent to you by our customer services team, clearly stating your name, order number and including the reason for return.

3. Send the returns form back to Fay & Solas with the item(s) in all the original packaging. (Please note for international customers the item is your responsibility until it reaches our returns department so we advise for your own protection that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods).

Please return the unwanted items which MUST be in an unused condition and with their original packaging with a completed Returns note to the address stated on your returns form.
